How to submit a notice

Email our designated agent at dmca@confidential.org with the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature, and whether you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The URL(s) on Confidential of the allegedly infringing material.
• Your address, phone number, and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with the same information above, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction in the federal district where you reside (or if outside the US, in Delaware).
