How to submit a notice
Email our designated agent at dmca@confidential.org with the following:

- The URL(s) on Confidential of the allegedly infringing material.
- Your address, phone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with the same information above, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction in the federal district where you reside (or if outside the US, in Delaware).
Repeat infringers
We terminate accounts that are repeatedly flagged for infringement.
