The original producers of such visual depictions are the users who uploaded them and are required by our Terms to have records of age verification for every person depicted.

Records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 for non-user-generated content displayed on this Service are kept by the custodian of records at the address below.
